1) What concrete surface is right for me?
If you are looking for a driveway, exposed aggregate is right for you. If you are looking for indoor flooring, polished flooring gives you a glossy finish. If you are renewing your pool surrounds, honed finish is slip-resistant and easy to maintain.
2) Is Ablestone Designer Concrete pet/children friendly?
Concrete floor surfaces are hardwearing, easy-to-clean and don’t trap allergens. This makes Ablestone Designer Concrete not only pet-friendly but also owner-friendly!
3) Can I pour concrete over an existing surface? (e.g. driveway)
Most of the time – and the answer depends on your specific circumstances – it can be done. Talk to your installer to make sure pouring concrete over existing surfaces doesn’t compromise the durability of your new concrete surface.
4) Is Designer Concrete difficult to maintain and clean?
When it comes to maintenance, Ablestone Designer Concrete is very easy to manage compared to some other flooring materials like timber or tiles. For day-to-day maintenance, we would recommend a light sweep for outside areas and a damp mop for indoor floorings.
