Update on Teralba Quarry Development Application
Metromix Teralba Quarry in the Lake Macquarie region of the Hunter has submitted a proposal for the development and operation the quarry in the form of:
- Extraction activities of hard rock material
- Processing the extracted material
- Transporting the material off-site by road
- Rehabilitation of the site
This proposal is for the extension of the Teralba Quarry.
The Environmental Assessment for the project has been made publicly available from 8th December 2011 – 30th January 2012. Members of the public may
- view a copy of the EA at:

- ask the Department to send a CD-ROM copy of the EPA, free of charge (1300 305 695); or
